• Develop, and maintain guidelines for dental program policies, procedures and protocols
• Create and manage quality improvement systems including Network-wide chart reviews; and evaluation systems for implementation by Network.
• Develop and administer cross-collaborator peer review system.
• Develop and manage state wide oral health professional workforce pipeline
• Develop and manage statewide oral health education and prevention program
• Develop and manage a Continuing Education Program
